Cleansing your mind and spirit of past hurts and resentment is just as important as your body’s weight loss detox diet.

The mind is a powerful weapon. Bad moods can harm you severely.

Start at your feet and when the breath reaches the top of your head, bring your breath back into the room, open your eyes and get on with your day – cool and calm.
34. Smile all day at everyone and everything that deserves a smile and see how many smiles you get back.

40. Detox tiredness. If you get tired or stressed during the day simply: Move away from your desk or situation, have a long tall stretch, bend down to touch the floor, twist your body slowly from side to side, tense every muscle and then relax every muscle. Go all floppy. Shake yourself down and start afresh.
41. Challenge yourself to a whole day without saying anything. Use the time to dump all your thoughts and worries and start the next day with a clear mind.

The bottom line: What goes around comes around. If you are positive and give out positive energy, you will remain positive. What you give, you get!
